Event Production and Coordination

We have been heavily involved in production work for many major events such as Teva Mountain Games, Mammoth Lakes Troutstock and Mammoth Lakes Trails and Public Access' Camp Winter and Camp Summer.
These are large-scale events boasting attendance of up to 35,000 people (Teva Mountain Games).
Nils Davis Design facilitated production of printed material intrinsic to the functioning of these events including: directional signs, promotional advertising, large banners, informational signs, map collages, GIS displays, and much more.
Work on events such as these requires communicating directly with event managers/organizers, helping manage the production in some cases of as many as 50 different signs and collateral pieces, designing the pieces and aiding in the printing and delivery of the material.
